Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to ensure tracked and secure transit back to our warehouse.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
